City Love

I have always thought cities to have a certian magical quality about them.

The tall unmarked building with centuries of  history hidden in its walls.

The hustle and bustle of strangers walking along the streets carrying mystery and wisdom behind their eyes.

The older man smoking a pipe while remembering the city in a different time.

The architecture of churches and business buildings as they reach into the clouds.

The businessmen who carry their coffee and briefcases off to solve the issues of the world.

The theaters! The excitement of a broadway show with all of the lights and glamour it provides.

The fabulous boutiques with the poised women in their Louis Vuitton pumps and Channel bags.

The sight of the downtown skyline at night with the lights making the dark sky like stars.

I love the city and the mystery and excitement it provides.
